The relationship and influencing factors between political parties and democracy. (English)

The formation of political institutions is one of the most important pillars on which the modern state is built, and the right to vote constitutes the backbone of democratic construction, in addition to other principles that derive their importance primarily from the principle of election, namely, human rights, such as the right to run for office, the right to vote, popular referendum, and public voting, and multiple candidates, majority rule, respect for the rights of minorities, women's rights, and children's rights, citizenship, the rule of law, good governance, the supremacy of the constitution, and its supremacy, multi-party system, judicial independence, separation of powers, cooperation between authorities, and fair distribution of power. Building a participatory national political culture based on democracy, respect for human rights, and the integration of population elements into one crucible without affecting the essential foundations of subcultures and respecting the rights and identity of those cultures is a basic indicator of achieving national unity and establishing the foundations of human rights. إن تشكيل المؤسسات السياسية إحدى أهم الأعمدة الأساسية التي يقوم عليها بناء الدولة الحديثة، ويشكل حق الانتخاب العمود الفقري للبناء الديمقراطي، فضلاً عن المبادئ الأخرى التي تستمد أهميتها أساساً من مبدأ الانتخاب، فهي حقوق الانسان كحق الترشيح وحق الانتخاب والاستفتاء الشعبي والتصويت العلني ، وتعدد المرشحين وحكم الأغلبية واحترام حقوق الأقليات وحقوق المرأة وحقوق الطفل، المواطنة وحكم القانون والحكم الصالح وعلوية الدستور وسموه التعددية الحزبية، استقلال القضاء والفصل بين السلطات، والتعاون بين السلطات، والتوزيع العادل للسلطة. إن بناء ثقافة سياسية وطنية مشاركة قائمة على الديمقراطية واحترام حقوق الانسان ودمج العناصر السكانية، في بوتقة واحدة دون التأثير على الأسس الجوهرية للثقافات الفرعية واحترام حقوق تلك الثقافات وهويتها يُعد مؤشراً أساسياً لتحقيق الوحدة الوطنية وإرساء دعائم حقوق الانسان.
