    • Abstract:
A 64-year-old man with high-grade B-cell lymphoma and MYC and BCL6 gene rearrangements experienced lack of efficacy with methotrexate treatment. Despite undergoing resection and high-dose methotrexate, followed by whole-brain radiotherapy, the patient developed thrombocytopenia and recurrence of lymphoma in the liver. After transitioning to best supportive care, he eventually succumbed to a CNS relapse 16 months post-surgery. [Extracted from the article]
