The article presents a case study of a 71-year-old woman with confusion, aphasia, and a brain mass, diagnosed with a large enhancing lesion in the left frontal lobe, suspected to be metastatic cancer. Topics include the patient's imaging findings, the evaluation and surgical intervention for brain mass diagnosis, and the consideration of metastatic cancer as a potential cause based on the presence of a pulmonary nodule and a breast nodule.
