      The study aimed to "identify the difficulties facing the social worker in developing the awareness of the school community about the threarts to talent among gifted groups. the study relied on using the comprehensive social survey method for social workers working in primary schools in Beni Suef Governorate numbering 45 schools. The study reached the identification of the difficulties facing the social workers in developing the awareness of the school about the threats to talent among gifted groups, which are the lack of programs prepared in advance by the education departments and the ministry and appropriate for this category, the weak awareness of the social workers about the threats to talent, the lack of cooperation between the family and the social workers, and the lack of awarenss among members about the threats to talent.       هدفت الدراسة في " تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي في تنمية وعي المجتمع المدرسي بمهددات الموهبة لدي جماعات الموهوبين واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بإدارة بني سويف التعليمية بمحافظة بني سويف وعددهم (٤٥) مدرسة. وتوصلت الدراسة الى تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه الاخصائي الاجتماعي في تنمية وعي المجتمع المدرسي بمهددات الموهبة لدي جماعات الموهوبين وهي قلة البرامج المعدة مسبقاً من قبل إدارات التعليم والوزارة وتناسب هذه الفئة، ضعف وعي الأخصائي الاجتماعي بمهددات الموهبة، عدم تعاون الأسرة الموهبة. مع الأخصائي الاجتماعي، غياب الوعي لدي الأعضاء بمهددات الموهبة.
