      his study dealt with the topic of “Towards a proposed judicial inspection system for Sharia courts.” It consisted of three sections and a conclusion that included the most important results and recommendations. The study aims to know the truth about judicial inspection, its legal rooting and its effects, and to explain the justifications for creating a judicial inspection system for Sharia courts, which in turn regulates the oversight process over the work of the courts and the performance of judges and their evaluation in accordance with approved quality standards, which would raise the level of the judiciary and ensure the proper functioning of justice. The study concluded that judicial inspection is a safety valve to ensure the proper functioning of justice, and that judicial inspection existed and was practically applied in the era of the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - and the Rightly Guided Caliphs - may God be pleased with them - after him.       تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع " نحو نظام تفتيش قضائي مقترح للمحاكم الشرعية " وقد جاءت في ثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة متضمنة لأهم النتائج والتوصيات. وتهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة حقيقة التفتيش القضائي والتأصيل الشرعي له وآثاره وبيان مسوغات استحداث نظام تفتيش قضائي خاص بالمحاكم الشرعية، والذي بدوره يضبط العملية الرقابية على أعمال المحاكم وأداء القضاة وتقييمهم تقييم وفق معايير الجودة المعتمدة والذي من شانه رفع سوية القضاء وضمان حسن سير العدالة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التفتيش القضائي صمام الأمان لضمان حسن سير العدالة ، وإن التفتيش القضائي كان موجوداً ومطبقاً عملياً في عصر الرسول - صلى الله عليه وسلم - ومن بعده من الخلفاء الراشدين - رضي الله عنهم.
