    • Abstract:
The article discusses the cases of patients with anti-Ku-positive sclerodema/myositis overlap syndrome who developed myocarditis and arrhythmias. Topics discussed include the medical history and clinical presentations of the patients, the management of the patients through combination therapy with multiple immunomodulatory treatments, and the possible association between anti-Ku antibodies in scleroderma/myositis overlap syndrome patients and the risk of myocarditis and arrhythmias.
