- Abstract:
"Braille Boy" is a children's book written by ZuZu Sampson, who struggled to learn Braille in second grade. Unable to find a story about a student struggling with Braille, ZuZu decided to write his own. The book follows the adventures of a boy who resists a mischievous monster called Braille Alien to save Braille for all readers. After two years of searching for a publisher, ResearchOnce agreed to publish the book, and it is now the first in a series of superhero books for young readers. The series aims to teach values of civility, kindness, and being a good citizen. [Extracted from the article]
