- Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
- Abstract:
The maintenance of political order in contemporary States finds support in criminal law in the crimes of rebellion and sedition. Our legal system contains these figures in the Penal Code but as crimes against the internal security of the State, as well as in a special law (State Security Law). Its formulation is old, as is its application whose closest antecedents date back to the military dictatorship. The article examines these figures, taking into account their substantive criminal and dogmatic difficulties. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
