    • Abstract:
Thorndike Press, a publisher of large print titles, has introduced a collection of youth large print books in Spanish to address the lack of resources for Spanish-language readers. The program has released 20 titles so far, with plans for eight more in the future. Research has shown that large print books can increase reading confidence and aid in English acquisition for non-native English speakers. Librarians and educators have praised the program for its commitment to accessibility and inclusivity, recognizing and celebrating linguistic diversity. [Extracted from the article]
