Office management is a way to manage office activities so that they can run as well as possible. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Observation activities were carried out at the Cibeureum Hilir Village Office, Sukabumi City. Cibeureum Hilir Village is one of the villages in Cibeureum District, Sukabumi City. The results of the study show that: The village has applied several principles of modern office management such as the use of information and communication technology, careful planning, and effective coordination and communication. Manajemen perkantoran merupakan suatu cara untuk mengelola kegiatan pekantoran agar dapat berjalan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur review. Kegiatan observasi dilaksanakan di Kantor Kelurahan Cibeureum Hilir Kota Sukabumi. Kelurahan Cibeureum Hilir adalah salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kec. Cibeureum Kota Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kelurahan tersebut telah menerapkan beberapa prinsip manajemen pekantoran modern seperti penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, perencanaan yang matang, serta koordinasi dan komunikasi yang efektif.
