      The State Vocational School for Food Technology (Lemitec) in Kulmbach is celebrating its 50th anniversary and presents its new school concept for the occasion. Starting from the school year 2025/2026, the study programs for meat technology, bakery technology, and food processing technology will be merged into the new field of food production technology. The goal is to ensure the availability of the study programs regardless of the number of registrations. The training lasts for two years on a full-time basis and concludes with the qualification as a food production technician.
