ANÁLISIS NEUTROSÓFICO DE BRECHAS LEGALES EN LA PROTECCIÓN FAMILIAR.

La familia es una construcción social cuya estructura y funciones cambian según el momento político, social, económico y la región geográfica en la que reside. Es el elemento natural y fundamental de la sociedad, por lo que tiene derecho a protección por parte de la sociedad y el Estado. La familia hoy no es la misma que en siglos anteriores; la llamada globalización, que representa este continuo movimiento de conocimientos y costumbres, ideologías y políticas en todas las áreas, permite reflexionar sobre los cambios que han surgido en contra del concepto de familia y su diversidad, así como su protección. El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar los factores que afectan la protección de la familia y los efectos causados por las brechas legales. A través del uso del método neutrosófico TOPSIS, el resultado es proponer la implementación de un código familiar que reconozca y regule las diferentes estructuras familiares, así como su protección. The family is a social construct whose structure and functions undergo transformations based on the political, social, economic context, and geographical location. It constitutes the natural and fundamental unit of society and, as such, is entitled to protection from both society and the State. The contemporary notion of family differs significantly from that of previous centuries. The phenomenon of globalization, characterized by the continuous flow of knowledge, customs, ideologies, and policies across all domains, prompts reflection on the evolving concept of family and its diverse forms, necessitating corresponding adjustments in its protection. This study aims to identify the factors influencing family protection and the repercussions resulting from legal loopholes. Leveraging the neutrosophic TOPSIS method, the findings recommend the development and implementation of a family code. Such a code should acknowledge and regulate the various family structures, providing comprehensive protection to ensure their well-being. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
