SONIC PASTS AND PRESENTS: Different perspectives on sound and the city in the Anthropocene. (English)

This article explores the human impact on the sonic environment and its responses, highlighting noise pollution as a notable human "footprint" on Earth. The objective is to create a historical panorama that connects sound, the city and urban society, analyzing the political role of social groups in the sound dimension of the Anthropocene. The central focus is on the initiatives intended by certain social groups in the face of transformations in soundscapes, especially in urban areas, and their implications for human health. In recent centuries, there have been significant changes in the sound production and perception scenario, driving initiatives that aim to control and adopt new sounds as part of urban design. The example of Nauener Platz, Berlin, is explored, where a project was implemented to reduce noise associated with the Anthropocene, while reintroducing sounds more common in the pre-Anthropocene period, demonstrating how it results from present paradigms and questioning its validity in the Post-Anthropocene scenario. Este artigo explora o impacto humano no ambiente sonoro e suas reativas, destacando a poluição sonora como uma marcante "pegada" humana na Terra. O objetivo é criar um panorama histórico que conecte o som, a cidade e a sociedade urbana, analisando o papel político de grupos sociais na dimensão sonora do Antropoceno. O foco central recai nas iniciativas pretendidas por determinados grupos sociais frente às transformações das paisagens sonoras, especialmente nas áreas urbanas, e suas implicações na saúde humana. Nos últimos séculos, houveram mudanças significativas no cenário de produção e percepção do som, impulsionando iniciativas que visam controlar e adotar novos sons como parte do design urbano. Explora-se o exemplo da Nauener Platz, Berlim, onde um projeto foi implementado para reduzir os ruídos associados ao Antropoceno, enquanto se reintroduziam sons mais comuns no período pré-Antropoceno, demonstrando como é resultante dos paradigmas presentes e questionando sobre sua validade no cenário Pós-Antropoceno.
