The women's wing of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ruling party has called for an investigation into Foxconn India's hiring practices after it was reported that the company rejects married women from iPhone assembly jobs. The National Commission for Women has been urged to conduct a thorough investigation to protect the rights of women employees at Foxconn.
