    • Abstract:
      The Defense Acquisition Research Journal's latest issue focuses on the theme of "Think Innovation." The articles in this issue highlight the importance of critical and innovative thinking in the defense acquisition process. The first article examines the challenges faced by the Defense Industrial Base in procuring body armor for Warfighters, emphasizing the need for considering perspectives of all stakeholders and using analysis techniques to improve outcomes. The second article introduces a visualization tool for managing obsolescence risk in C5ISR systems. Additionally, the issue provides tips on manuscript publication and features a book review on data science and machine learning.
