      The study aimed to reveal the impact of digital leadership on human resource management strategies in secondary schools in the Directorate of Salt Education from the point of view of teachers. The study population consisted of all male and female teachers in the Directorate of Education of Salt. After conducting the statistical analysis process, the study found the following results: There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) of digital leadership with its dimensions (digital knowledge, digital competencies, digital skills, openness and innovation) on human resource management strategies in secondary schools in Directorate of Al-Salt Education, and there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance ( α ≤ 0.05) for digital leadership with its dimensions (digital knowledge, digital competencies, digital skills, openness and innovation) on human resource management strategies in secondary schools in the Directorate of Al-Salt Education due to demographic variables. The study has been recommended. The need for secondary schools in the Directorate of Education of Salt to identify the training needs of employees, so that long- and short-term training programs are developed, with interest in sending employees to specialized training courses that enable them to acquire the necessary experiences and knowledge to develop performance that reflects positively on performance in educational institutions.
