    • Abstract:
The article presents a case study of a five year old girl with severe facial burn contractures. It is reported that the patient presented with significant anatomical challenges including microstomia, obliteration of nasal passages, limited neck and mandibular mobility, and mild to moderate tracheal narrowing. It underscores the importance of a systematic approach and adaptive strategies in managing difficult pediatric airways, particularly in post-burn contractures.
