    • Abstract:
The article presents a study which analyzed the short-term concentration-response data from a randomized crossover trial examining differences in blood pressure (BP) associated with exposure to ultrafine particles (UFP) and black carbon (BC). Topics discussed include association of exposure to traffic-related air pollution (TRAP) and adverse health outcomes, concentration-response functions for particle number concentration (PNC) and BC, and strengths and limitations of the study.
