KESIAPAN KELUARGA PASIEN YANG MENJALANI TERAPI CONTINOUS AMBULATORY PERITONEAL DIALYSIS (CAPD) SCOPING REVIEW. (Indonesian)

Chronic kidney failure always increases every year, both globally and in Indonesia. Management of chronic kidney failure such as CAPD is a kidney replacement therapy that is quite widely used in Indonesia. However, this must be a concern for the family because in its implementation this therapy is carried out at home. Family willingness here is very important in helping kidney failure patients undergoing CAPD because it will help monitor the implementation of CAPD while at home. The aim of this literature review is to describe the readiness of families of patients undergoing CAPD therapy. The data in this research used several databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, PROQUEST and Google Scholar from 2018 to December 2023. The keywords used in this research used 3 main keywords, namely family readiness, GGK and CAPD and 1724 articles were found with details PubMed as many as 635, Science Direct as many as 240, PROQUEST as many as 345 and Google Scholar as many as 504. Determining journals using PICOST. Based on the results of the literature search, there were 3 articles that matched the topic and research objectives. Preparation of the family of the patient undergoing treatment. The conclusion of the results of this review explains 3 important aspects in the readiness of families of patients undergoing CAPD, namely CAPD becoming a new culture, family support and increasing family knowledge. Penyakit gagal ginjal kronik selalu mengalami peningkatan dalam tiap tahunnya baik secara global maupun di Indonesia. Penatalaksanaan gagal ginjal kronik seperti CAPD menajadi terapi pengganti ginjal yang cukup banyak digunakan di Indonesia. Namun hal ini harus menjadi perhatian keluarga karena dalam implementasinya terapi ini dilaksanakan dirumah. Kesiapan keluarga disini menjadi sangat penting dalam membantu pasien gagal ginjal yang menjalani CAPD karena akan membantu memonitor pelaksanaan CAPD selama dirumah. Tujuan dalam tinjauan literatur ini untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan keluarga pasien yang menjalani terapi CAPD. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa database seperti PubMed, Science Direct, PROQUEST dan Google Scholar pada tahun 2018 hingga Desember 2023. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 3 kata kunci utama yaitu kesiapan keluarga, GGK dan CAPD dan ditemukan artikel sebanyak 1724 dengan rincian PubMed sebanyak 635, Science Direct sebanyak 240, PROQUEST sebanyak 345 dan Google Scholar sebanyak 504 Penentuan jurnal menggunakan menggunakan PICOST. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian literatur terdapat 3 artikel yang sesuai dengan topik dan tujuan penelitian. Kesiapan keluarga pasien yang menjalani.
