    • Abstract:
COVID-19 is relatively fast, so patients must limit interaction with others to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Social activity can cause various psychosocial problems, especially for patients who are positively confirmed. Currently, Indonesian Nursing Standards (Diagnosis, Outcome & Intervention) in Indonesia have not been fully implemented in all health service areas because it is still at the socialization stage. Critical management in patients confirmed covid-19 is providing safe nursing care for health workers, especially nurses, during the covid-19 pandemic. Providing safe psychosocial nursing care for nurses is one of them by using telenursing. This case study aims to discover psychosocial problems in patients confirmed COVID-19 based on Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards and nursing management based on Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standards and Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards by applying telenursing. This case study uses an observative descriptive approach. Nursing care measures based on Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards, Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standards and Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards in 4 students were confirmed positive. The provision of nursing care is made by telenursing using online applications. Measurement of signs and symptoms of nursing problems is done utilizing pre and post nursing interventions—implementation of case study in July 2021 at University Resident UMY Bantul regency. After nursing care, there was a change in decreased anxiety, increased self-esteem, increased power and decreased the rate of grieving patients confirmed positive covid-19. The application of telenursing can protect nurses from exposure to covid-19 without reducing the essence of psychosocial nursing actions given to clients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
