    • Abstract:
Building a nurse wellness research body of work requires recruitment of engaged clinical nurses, which can present challenges. Nursing professional development (NPD) practitioners are well positioned to serve as champions of scientific inquiry through active participation in nursing research. A study examined levels of access, utilization, and perceptions of an electronic, asynchronous integrative health program for clinical nurses who work at night at an academic health system. NPD practitioners who work at night were instrumental in the successful recruitment and implementation for this study. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
