The 10th session of the Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development (ARFSD-10) discussed the challenges facing Africa, including climate change, economic challenges, peace and security challenges, and health crises. The speakers emphasized the need to find innovative solutions to poverty eradication and reviewed progress, challenges, and opportunities in implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the African Union's Agenda 2063. They highlighted the inadequacy of the global financial architecture and the limited financing options for Africa. The speakers also called for a focus on attracting new climate-related investment and treating the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Agenda 2063 as a moral duty.
