      This study aims to explore the effect of Locus of Control and Self Efficacy on employee performance at Grand Yogya Majalengka with Employee Engagement as a moderating variable. The sampling method used Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, and a sample of 150 employees of Grand Yogya Majalengka was taken. The data were analysed using Moderated Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that Locus Of Control and Self Efficacy positively and significantly affect employee performance. In addition, the findings show that Employee Engagement plays an important role in moderating the relationship between Locus of Control and employee performance, as well as between Self Efficacy and employee performance. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence employee performance as well as the importance of employee engagement in the company. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh Locus of Control dan Self Efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan di Grand Yogya Majalengka dengan Employee Engagement sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, dan sampel diambil sebanyak 150 karyawan Grand Yogya Majalengka. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Moderated dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Locus Of Control dan Self Efficacy secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, temuan menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engagement memainkan peran penting dalam memoderasi hubungan antara Locus of Control dan kinerja karyawan, serta antara Self Efficacy dan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan serta pentingnya keterlibatan karyawan dalam konteks perusahaan. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
