Jenseits des Archivguts. Das eigene Wissen teilen können – Interne Wikis als Instrumente des Wissens- und Informationsmanagements in Archiven.

In an increasingly dynamic working environment in the field of archives, it is essential to manage knowledge and information effectively. Internal archive wikis can be a useful tool here. This article examines the potential of wikis for knowledge and information management in archives, based on the model of knowledge cooperation developed by K.S. Moser (2002). The author puts forward proposals for the use of wikis in archives, in order to guarantee the protection of information and knowledge and its circulation within the team. She also looks at the levels of information that might be useful in an archive wiki. In addition, a survey has been carried out to find out to what extent Swiss archives are already working with wikis and what experience has been gained. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Dans un environnement de travail archivistique de plus en plus dynamique, il est essentiel de gérer de manière efficace les connaissances et les informations. Les wikis internes aux archives peuvent constituer, ici, un outil utile. Cet article examine le potentiel des wikis dans la gestion du savoir et de l'information dans le domaine des archives en se fondant sur le modèle de coopération en matière de connaissances élaboré par K.S. Moser (2002). L’auteure formule des propositions pour l’utilisation des wikis dans les archives, afin de garantir la protection des informations et des connaissances et leur circulation au sein de l'équipe. Une réflexion est également menée sur les niveaux d’information susceptibles d’être utiles dans un wiki d'archives. Im zunehmend dynamischen archivarischen Arbeitsumfeld ist ein effizientes Wissens- und Informationsmanagement elementar. Ein nützliches Instrument können hier archivinterne Wikis sein. Vorliegend wird ausgehend vom Modell der Wissenskooperation von K.S. Moser (2002) das Potential von Wikis im Wissens- und Informationsmanagement für den archivarischen Bereich untersucht. Es wird ein Vorschlag präsentiert, wie in Archiven durch den Einsatz von Wikis die Absicherung von Information und Wissen und deren Transfer innerhalb des Teams sichergestellt werden können. Dabei wird auch reflektiert, welche Informationen und Informationsebenen für ein Archiv-Wiki sinnvoll sein können. Zudem gibt eine Umfrage Aufschluss darüber, inwiefern in Schweizer Archiven bereits mit Wikis gearbeitet wird und welche Erfahrungen damit verbunden sind. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
