    • Abstract:
Flash light is very important component in camera while doing photography. Flash light is used to eliminate the darkness and to improve the quality of photographs. While capturing of photographs, photographers face many problems, out of which battery power consumed by flash light is the major concern. This paper mainly focuses on the method by which photographers can optimize the power consumption of flash light in camera. This process of minimizing the power consumption of the flash light uses a fuzzy controller working on following parameters: aperture, ambient light, distance and shutter time. These are input parameters and output parameters is the trigger plate voltage. This output variable depends on all input parameters. Fuzzy controller controls the trigger plate voltage and hence flash light is controlled. Ultimately the purpose of this work is to increase the quality of image and reduce the power consumption of flash light in the cameras with the use of fuzzy logic. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
