IMPLEMENTASI PENANGGULANGAN COVID-19 PADA STATUS ZONA WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SRAGEN KABUPATEN SRAGEN. (Indonesian)

Sragen Community Health Center had the highest confirmed cases of Covid-19 in 2020 among other community health centers in Sragen Regency. The increase in the number of positive cases of COVID-19 occurred in June - September, in July (5 new cases), in August (23 new cases), in September (31 new cases), until January 30 2020, Sragen District had 765 positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 with a prevalence of 11 per 1000 population. This increase was followed by the change in the COVID-19 zone to a red zone in September. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Covid-19 countermeasures in the working zone status of the Sragen Community Health Center. This type of research is a qualitative study with a purposive sampling technique. The sample in the study consisted of 7 main sources, namely the Head of the Community Health Center, Cross-Sector Communication Coordinator, Prevention & Control Coordinator (P2), In-Building Screening Coordinator, Epidemiological Investigation Coordinator, Health Education Coordinator, Health Services Coordinator and 7 triangulation sources, namely clients who had Tracing, laboratory staff, RT Head, KAPOLSEK, Satpol PP, TNI, and the community around the Sragen Health Center working area. Puskesmas Sragen memiliki kasus konfirmasi Covid-19 tertinggi pada tahun 2020 diantara puskesmas lainnya di Kabupaten Sragen. Peningkatan jumlah kasus positif COVID-19 terjadi di pada bulan Juni - bulan September, pada bulan Juli (5 kasus baru), bulan Agustus (23 kasus baru), bulan September (31 kasus baru), sampai tanggal 30 Januari 2020, Kecamatan Sragen memiliki 765 kasus konfirmasi postif COVID-19 dengan prevalensi sebesar 11 per 1000 penduduk. Peningkatan tersebut diikuti dengan perubahan zona wilayah COVID-19 menjadi zona merah pada bulan September. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi penanggulangan Covid-19 pada status zona wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sragen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 7 orang narasumber utama, yaitu Kepala Puskesmas, Koordinator Komunikasi Lintas Sektor, Koordinator Pencegahan & Pengendalian (P2), Koordinator Screening dalam Gedung, Koordinator Penyelidikan Epidemiologi, Koordinator Penyuluhan Kesehatan, Koordinator Pelayanan Kesehatan dan 7 narasumber triangulasi yaitu klien yang pernah Tracing, staf laboratorium, Ketua RT, KAPOLSEK, Satpol PP, TNI, dan masyarakat sekitar wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sragen.
