    • Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to explore a grassroots initiative in which Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) serve as infrastructures for processes of human and urban regeneration to rethink places. Through the case study of «La Città che Parla», an interesting project carried out in San Cesario (LE) during the first lock down Covid-19, we reflect on the potential of places, to encourage inhabitants to co-design human and urban regeneration strategies.
