    • Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
    • Abstract:
The study examines the systematic violation of women’s rights and the territorial diversity of transitional justice in Colombia. The documentary analysis allowed us to interpret the relationship between international and national jurisprudence about women's rights inside the Colombian armed conflict. This demonstrated that women’s participation in the conflict is related to their vulnerability and discrimination against men. For its part, with the so-called Final Peace Agreement, signed by the government with the FARC-EP guerrillas, the expectation focuses on the end of the armed conflict. In turn, the norms issued for the culmination of the conflict, and those referring to the gender approach within the Colombian transitional justice system, demonstrate an egalitarian standard. Finally, advances in women’s rights from a differential approach require the formulation of public policies aimed at the comprehensive reparation of crimes against women, preventing the violation of their rights, and reducing gender inequalities. This will make it possible to lay the foundations for territorial development with economic, social, political and legal equality embedded in women’s rights. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
