    • Abstract:
The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) has announced the discovery of the remains of a Bristol Bolingbroke in Manitoba, Canada. The aircraft, a 1940 Fairchild-Canada license-built version of the Bristol Blenheim Mk. IV, was found by Capt Walter Workman and donated to the Commonwealth Air Training Plan Museum (CATPM). The identity of the airframe is still unknown, but it is believed to be a Mk. IVT multipurpose trainer. In Ohio, the National Museum of the United States Air Force (NMUSAF) has received a former Civilian Air Patrol (CAP) Cessna 172P Skyhawk II, which gained distinction for flying over the World Trade Center after the September 11 terrorist attacks. The aircraft is now on display in the NMUSAF's Cold War Gallery. Additionally, a Sikorsky VH-3D Sea King, previously used as "Marine One" by former Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush, has been delivered to the George HW Bush Presidential Library and Museum in Texas. It is set to be unveiled to the public on June 13. [Extracted from the article]
