    • Abstract:
Through a specific event, the imprisonment of a pregnant mother and two of her daughters, one of them a minor, we analyze the relationship of justice with women in Castile in 1724. The source is not a story but a legal claim. A statement of defence of some women injured by the actions of the mayor who put them in prison. Treated as criminals for not complying with a Pragmatic about suits, or for making a more "sustainable" interpretation of it. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
    • Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
