Patterns Communication Organizations of The Kawasan Mandiri Pangan Program in Bangka Tengah District. (English)

The Kawasan Mandiri Pangan Program (KMP) is a government assistance program in the food/agriculture sector in the form of providing productive business capital (on-farm, off-farm, and non-farm). Study aims to describe the communication patterns of the KMP Program. Research uses a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative approach and a case study research plan with a total of 23 informants. Data analysis using the NVivo 12 application and assisted manually. The results showed that there are 2 types of organizational communication in the KMP Program in Bangka Tengah Regency. The chain pattern communication pattern occurs in the stages of preparation, growth, development, and independence of the KMP program. The direction of organizational communication from top to bottom. The message conveyed regarding the technical implementation and rules of the KMP program. The frequency of communication 4 times in 1 month. The star pattern communication pattern occurs at the exit stage of the KMP program sustainability strategy. The direction of communication is dominated from the bottom up, with more messages regarding business capital management, group cohesion, and product marketing. Program Kawasan Mandiri Pangan (KMP) merupakan program bantuan pemerintah dibidang pangan/pertanian berupa pemberian modal usaha produktif (on-farm, off-farm dan non-farm). Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan pola komunikasi program Kawasan Mandiri Pangan.Penelitian menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian studi kasus dengan jumlah informan 23 orang. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Nvivo 12 dan dibantu secara manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi organisasi program Kawasan Mandiri Pangan di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah ada 2 jenis pola komunikasi. Pola komunikasi chain pattern terjadi pada tahap persiapan, penumbuhan, pengembangan dan kemandirian program KMP. Arah komunikasi organisasi dari atas ke bawah. Pesan yang disampaikan mengenai teknis-teknis pelaksanaan dan aturan program KMP. Frekuensi komunikasi 4 kali dalam 1 bulan. Pola komunikasi star pattern terjadi pada tahap exit strategi keberlanjutan program KMP. Arah komunikasi didominasi dari bawah ke atas, pesan lebih banyak mengenai pengelolaan modal usaha, kekompakan kelompok dan pemasaran produk. Frekuensi komunikasi hanya 1 kali dalam 1 bulan.
