    • Abstract:
AT&T CEO John Stankey has reportedly become a member of Augusta National Golf Club, joining a group of corporate, political, and sports figures who have received the coveted membership. Members of the club wear the iconic green jacket during the Masters tournament, which is one of the Professional Golfers' Association's four annual majors. The tradition of the green jacket dates back to 1937 and was introduced to help patrons easily identify members. The reigning champion is the only one allowed to take the jacket outside the club's grounds. The Masters tournament is scheduled for the week of April 8th. [Extracted from the article]
