    • Abstract:
The article compares the result of the Neutrino-4 experiment with the results of other experiments. A joint analysis of the Neutrino-4, BEST, SAGE, and GALLEX experiments shows confidence level of the observation of electron neutrino oscillations to a sterile state of 5.8 . Also discussed is the contradiction between the measured parameters of the sterile neutrino and the observed cosmological constraints. The current state of preparation of a new experiment to search for sterile neutrinos at the SM-3 and PIK reactors is given. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
