    • Abstract:
Turkey's Peninsula Investments and Denon Partners have merged to form Peninsula Corporate Finance AS, with plans to establish an investment bank in the next two years. The new company will offer financial advisory services such as structured finance, pre-IPO, and mergers and acquisitions. The managing directors intend to fund the investment bank with their own resources and are also in discussions with local and foreign investors. They anticipate increased M&A activity in Turkey and a decrease in the number but an increase in the quality of initial public offerings. [Extracted from the article]
