The Association of Producer Communities for Livestock and Meat (VEZG) has decided to discontinue one of its weekly price determinations for slaughter cattle. Previously, prices were determined and published twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. VEZG has decided to discontinue the price determination on Thursdays, as it usually confirmed the prices from the previous Monday. From now on, only a binding price recommendation for slaughter cattle in the most important trade classes will be announced on Mondays.
