مستوى المعرفة التكنولوجية البيداغوجية المضمونية (TPACK) لدى المديرين والمعلمين داخل الخط الأخضر وتحديد احتياجاتهم التدريبية (Arabic)

The Level of Technological and Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) of Principals and Teachers' within the Green Line and Defining their Training Needs. (English)

The study aimed to identify the level of the principals’ and Teachers' Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) across the Green Line, and defining their training needs. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology, through two questionnaires, Al Qasimi Academy developed the first based on the Global Model (TPACK) across the Green Line, and researchers built the second. The study papulation consisted of all primary school principals and teachers affiliated to the Professional Development Center in Sakhnin city across the Green Line, which numbered (1001) principals and teachers. The sample of the study consisted of 381 principals and teachers, who were randomly selected. The results of the study showed that principals and teachers have a large degree of (TPACK) knowledge and practice. There were statistically significant differences in the degree of (TPACK) in all domains. In light of the findings of the study, the researchers recommended the necessity of using Diagnostic System of principals’ and Teachers' Knowledge (DSTK) and a questionnaire for determining the training needs of principals and teachers. هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى المعرفة التكنولوجية البيداغوجية المضمونية (TPACK) لدى المديرين والمعلمين داخل الخط الأخضر وتحديد احتياجاتهم التدريبية. أستخدم المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبانتين الأولى طورت على أساس الأنموذج العالمي (TPACK) من قبل أكاديمية القاسمي داخل الخط الأخضر، والثانية بنيت من قبل الباحثين تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الابتدائية ومعلميها التابعين للمركز التطويري للمعلمين في مدينة سخنين داخل الخط الأخضر والبالغ عددهم (1001) مديراً ومعلماً، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (381) مديراً ومعلماً، والذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود درجة كبيرة من معرفة وممارسة الـ (TPACK) لدى العينة. وأن هناك فروقاً دالة إحصائياً لدرجة معرفة الـ (TPACK) في جميع المجالات، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً لدرجة ممارسة الـ (TPACK) في بعض المجالات. في ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة يوصي الباحثون بضرورة استخدام "متمم" منظومة تشخيص معرفة المعلم واستبانة تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للمديرين والمعلمين. كوسيلة الفحص التغير في مستوى الـ (TPACK) لدى المعلمين والمديرين، وبناء البرامج التدريبية المناسبة.
