The reality of primary school teachers’ commitment to the ethics of the teaching profession from the point of view of educational supervisors. (English)

This study aimed to identify the primary school teachers’ commitment to the ethics of teaching profession from educational supervisors’ perspectives. The descriptive method was used, and the study population consisted of all supervisors (330) working in Riyadh, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Education for 2021-2022, (110) of which were selected as the study sample. The study results revealed that the correlation coefficient values of each statement and the total score of the dimension were positive and statistically significant at (0.01) or less, and were of medium and high scores. The results also showed statistical differences among the sample responses to the first dimension. Major measures proposed to enhance the teaching ethics among primary school teachers from the educational supervisors’ perspective were: introducing a course entitled Teaching Professional Ethics in the teacher preparation program at Education Colleges; and designing situations that reflect the code of ethics for the field training program to be given to student-teachers. Based on the results of the T-test analysis of the differences between the responses of the study sample in the study three dimensions (according to the variables: qualification- type of qualification- specializationexperience), the T-value was found statistically significant at (0.05). هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع التزام معلمي املرحلة الابتدائية بأخالقيات مهنة التعليم من وجهةنظر املشرفين التربويين، وتم استخدام املنهج الوصفي )املسحي(، وتكون مجتمعالدراسة ا إلحصائية وزارة التعليم ً الحالية من جميع املشرفين العاملين بمنطقة الرياض وفق للعام 0202 - 0200م وعددهم )222 ا ً ا تربوي ً ( مشرف بمنطقةالرياض، وتكونت عينةالدراسةمن )222( مشرفين تربويين بمنطقة الرياض، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن قـيم معامـل ارتبـاط كـل عبـارة مـن العبـارات مـع الدرجـة الكليـة للمحور الذي تنتمي إليه العبارة موجبـة ودالـة إ ا عند مستوى الداللة ) ً حـصائي 2022( فأقل، وذات قيم متوسطة ومرتفعة0 وأن هنالك فروقا إحصائية في تكرارات استجابات أفراد العينة على بدائل عبارات املحور ألاول0 ُ وأن من أهم و قترحة لتعزيز أخالقيات مهنة التعليم لدى معلمي املرحلة الابتدائية من أبرز إلاجراءات امل وجهة نظر املشرفين التربويين إضافةمقررباسم أخالقيات مهنةالتعليم في برنامج إعداداملعلمين في كليات التربية0 و تضمين برنامج التدريب امليداني للطالب املواقف والخبرات التي تعكس جوانب امليثاق ألاخالقي في إطار إعداده للمهنة وأخالقياتها0 ومن خالل نتائج تحليل اختبار )ت( للفروقات بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على محاور الدراسة الثالثة و ا ملتغير )املؤهل، نوع املؤهل، التخصص، الخبرة(، ً فق تبين أن قيمة ا عند مستوى داللة) ً )ت(دالةإحصائي 2025)).
