The article discusses a study which determined changes in graduating pediatric residents' self-reported preparedness for career activities and satisfaction with training from 2015 to 2022. The research assessed preparedness for fellowship training, hospitalist practice, child advocacy, research and use of telemedicine. It examined differences in primary care goal, subspecialty career goal, and hospitalist career goal.
