    • Abstract:
      The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the economic sector, which has caused a decline in economic activity in Sriharjo Village, especially for MSMEs. The impact felt in the form of decreased income due to a lack of buyers. This study aims to discuss and analyze the behavior of MSMEs in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic and examine strategies to change MSMEs behavior. This study is based on focus group discussion (FGD), interviews, and observations on MSMEs in Sriharjo village of Bantul regency in Yogyakarta. Specifically, it analyzes MSME behavior are knowledge, attitudes and actions during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that knowledge, attitudes, and actions influenced the behavior of MSMEs in Sriharjo. In response of the challenging condition during te pandemic, the MSMEs actors were hostile at the beginning in the form of not believing in Covid-19, while at the same time taking a positive attitude in the form of following health protocols. The behavior of MSME actors is reflected in the application of medical protocols and the adaptation of new practices in the establishment. The strategies to cope with the economic impact in Sriharjo Village include creating online platforms, through WhatsApp group and a website named pasardesa.id, for buying and selling activities. This facilitated direct assistance to village funds, cash aids from the Ministry of Social Affairs, and BLT MSMEs. The strategies carried out in overcoming the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic are counseling to MSMEs actors by the Imogiri II Health Center, education and socialization of the Covid-19 vaccination, providing assistance for masks, hand sanitizers, portable handwashing places and hand soap by DIY Industry and Trade Department, as well as supervising places efforts by joint officers of the Sriharjo Village Government.       Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak pada sektor perekonomian sehingga menyebabkan menurunnya aktivitas perekonomian di Desa Sriharjo khususnya bagi UMKM. Dampak yang dirasakan berupa menurunnya pendapatan akibat sepinya pembeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas dan menganalisis perilaku UMKM dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 serta mengkaji strategi perubahan perilaku UMKM. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada focus group Discussion (FGD), wawancara, dan observasi terhadap UMKM di Desa Sriharjo Kabupaten Bantul Yogyakarta. Secara khusus menganalisis perilaku UMKM berupa pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku UMKM di Sriharjo. Menyikapi kondisi penuh tantangan di masa pandemi ini, para pelaku UMKM menentang keras adanya protokol kesehatan. Perilaku pelaku tercermin dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan dan adaptasi kebiasaan baru di tempat usaha. Strategi untuk mengatasi dampak ekonomi di Desa Sriharjo antara lain dengan membuat platform online, melalui grup WhatsApp dan website bernama pasardesa.id, untuk kegiatan jual beli. Hal ini difasilitasi berupa bantuan langsung dana desa, bantuan tunai Kementerian Sosial, dan BLT UMKM. Strategi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi dampak pandemi Covid-19 adalah penyuluhan kepada pelaku UMKM oleh Puskesmas Imogiri II, edukasi dan sosialisasi vaksinasi Covid-19, pemberian bantuan masker, hand sanitizer, tempat cuci tangan portable dan sabun tangan. oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan DIY, serta pengawasan tempat oleh petugas gabungan Pemerintah Desa Sriharjo.
