      Dutch poultry company Plukon Food Group has acquired Spanish poultry business Redondo for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition strengthens Plukon's presence in Spain, following its previous acquisition of Grupo VMR in 2020. Redondo, a family-owned company based in Madrid, operates multiple facilities in Spain and had revenues of €54m ($58.8m) in 2022.
