      La acción sindical de colectivos de personas trabajadoras en el sector agrario, así como su participación en las mesas de negociación para la concertación de acuerdos entre capital y trabajo, ha tenido históricamente un peso muy relevante en la construcción y evolución del trabajo agrícola en la región de Murcia. Por ello, resulta de interés conocer y comprender el contexto social y sindical del trabajo en el campo y el almacén murcianos. Partiendo de las implicaciones del nuevo sistema productivo implantado desde hace unas décadas en la agroindustria de esta región, esto es, desde el tránsito de la agricultura tradicional al modelo intensivo, se analiza el papel que la autonomía colectiva juega en este sector. De la misma forma, se aborda los retos que han de afrontar los trabajadores agrarios, su organización colectiva, y la evolución de la regulación laboral de la agricultura. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      The union action of groups of workers in the agricultural sector, as well as their participation in the negotiating tables for the conclusion of agreements between capital and labor, has historically had a very relevant weight in the construction and evolution of agricultural work in the Region. of Murcia. For this reason, it is of interest to know and understand the social and union context of work in the fields and warehouses in Murcia. Based on the implications of the new productive system implemented for a few decades in the agro-industry of this region, that is, from the transition from traditional agriculture to the intensive model, the role that collective autonomy plays in this sector is analyzed.
