    • Abstract:
In the electrical trade, more and more companies are using social media to attract qualified craftsmen and affluent customers. Success in social media depends on regular and interesting content that targets the right audience. It is important to define clear goals and share relevant content. Hashtags should be locally focused to reach potential employees and customers in the region. Long texts can be read if they are interesting and solution-oriented. The article provides tips on using hashtags and emphasizes that local hashtags are more effective than general ones. The most common reasons why craft businesses do not use social media are also mentioned, such as a lack of ideas for content or a lack of knowledge about platforms. The article also includes an example of an electrician who became successful through the use of social media. At the end of the article, a free consultation with a master craftsman is offered to receive recommendations on using social media. [Extracted from the article]
