      General Electric Company has been issued a patent for an anesthesia vaporizer reservoir and system. The system includes a vaporizer reservoir that contains a liquid anesthetic agent, a piston that moves within the reservoir to draw the liquid anesthetic agent from a refill container, and a transfer valve that allows the liquid anesthetic agent to flow from the reservoir to a vaporizing system for delivery to a patient.
