      In this article, we seek to diagnose the quality of health services at Ibn Rochd University Hospital in Annaba by highlighting the quality level of the associated health services (diagnosis, therapy, treatment, regulatory environment). The study found that there is an average level of quality of health services associated with diagnosis, treatment, the regulatory environment and a low level of quality of treatment-related to health services.       نسعى في هذا المقال إلى تشخیص مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحیة بالمستشفى الجامعي ابن رشد لولایة عنابة من خلال إبراز مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحیة المرتبطة ب (التشخیص والعلاج ،المعاملة، البیئة التنظیمیة)، حیث تم بناء استمارة طبقت على عینة من المرضى المقیمین بالمستشفى، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط لجودة الخدمات الصحیة المرتبطة بالتشخیص والعلاج وبالبیئة التنظیمیة و وجود مستوى ضعیف لجودة الخدمات الصحیة المرتبطة بالمعاملة.
