    • Abstract:
A study conducted at Chiang Mai University in Thailand examined the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of a fixed-dose combination of doravirine, lamivudine, and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (DOR FDC) in adolescents living with HIV-1. The study included 45 participants aged 12 to 17 years, and the results showed that DOR FDC was effective in maintaining viral suppression through 96 weeks. The treatment was well-tolerated, with no serious adverse events or treatment discontinuations. This research provides valuable insights into the use of DOR FDC in adolescents with HIV-1.
