      Rosalynn Carter, the former First Lady of the US, passed away at the age of 96. She was known for her advocacy and support of her husband, Jimmy Carter, during his presidency. Rosalynn Carter played an active role as First Lady, working in the White House and participating in Cabinet meetings. She was a passionate advocate for mental health care and co-founded the Carter Center, a nonprofit organization focused on promoting peace and health globally.
