      The conference report describes the Local Broadcasting Days 2023 in Nuremberg, which focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Over 90 experts discussed trends and challenges related to AI and emphasized the importance of learning applications. Workshops were offered to learn practical handling of AI. Furthermore, the importance of local broadcasters for democracy was highlighted, and the promotion of local television in Bavaria was promised for the period from 2025 onwards.
