GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN PELAKSANAAN PIJAT PERINEUM PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI PMB KATARINA P SIMANJUNTAK. (Indonesian)

Perineal rupture can cause postpartum hemorrhage. Postpartum bleeding is an important problem because it is related to maternal health which can cause death. Perineal rupture can be prevented by perineal massage. Perineal massage is a preventive measure that can be done to minimize the occurrence of perineal lacerations. Knowledge of good perineal massage can minimize perineal rupture. The sample in this study are pregnant women trimester III. It will be carried out on May 5 – June 2 2023 as many as 30 people. The results show that the age frequency distribution show that most of the respondents are almost entirely in the reproductive age group (20-34) (96.7%), based on education most of the respondents have high school education (83.3%), based on the occupation of most of the respondents are farmers (50.0%) and based on the parity of the majority of respondents have 2 children (43.3%). The description of the frequency distribution of knowledge of performing perineal massage in pregnant women trimester III shows that mostly there are 23 respondents with less knowledge (76.7%), those with sufficient knowledge 5 (16.7%) and those with less knowledge 2 (6.7%) Conclusion Based on the results of the study it is shown that most or the majority of respondents had less knowledge (76.7%). It is hoped that after knowing the results of this study, researchers can add knowledge, experience and apply obstetrics which includes perineal massage. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Ruptur perineum dapat menyebabkan perdarahan postpartum.Perdarahan postpartum merupakan salah satu masalah penting karena berhubungan dengan kesehatan ibu yang dapat menyebabkan kematian. Rupture perineum dapat dicegah dengan pijat perineum.Pijat perineum (perineum massage) merupakan upaya preventive yang bisa dilakukan untuk meminimalisasikan terjadinya laserasi perineum.Pengetahuan pelaksanaan pijat perineum yang baik dapat meminimalisasikan terjadinya ruptur perineum.Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan Pelaksanaan Ibu Hamil Trimester III di PMB Katarina P Simanjuntak Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Accidental Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu ibu hamil trimester III yang melakukan kunjungan dan pemeriksaaan ke PMB Katarina P Simanjuntak.Akan dilakukan pada tanggal 5 Mei – 2 Juni 2023 sebanyak 30 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan distribusi frekuensi umur terdapat sebagian besar responden hampir seluruhnya berusia pada kelompok usia reproduktif (20 – 34) (96,7%), berdasarkan pendidikan sebagian besar responden berpendidikan SMA (83,3%), berdasarkan pekerjaan sebagian besar responden petani (50,0%) dan berdasarkan paritas sebagian besar responden memiliki 2 anak (43,3%).Gambaran distribusi frekuensi pengetahuan pelaksanaan pijat perineum pada ibu hamil tm 3 menunjukkan sebagian besar terdapat 23 responden berpengetahuan kurang (76,7%), yang berpengetahuan cukup 5 (16,7%) dan yang berpengetahuan kurang 2 (6,7%) Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar atau mayoritas responden berpengetahuan kurang (76,7%).Di harapkan setelah mengetahui hasil penelitian ini,peneliti dapat menambah pengetahuan,pengalaman dan mengaplikasikan ilmu kebidanan yang mencakup tentang pijat perineum.
