      The pronouncement of the Dutch Supreme Court in a 'wrongful-life' case is convincing and does justice to the interests of the child, the parents and society. With its thorough and meticulous method of axiomatisation the Supreme Court has found the correct balance between the natural emotions of those concerned and the financial interests that were at issue.
