      Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is a local government company. Bermuda PDAM Tirtamarta must be able to provide the best service to meet the community's clean water needs. This is not easy to achieve without proper human resource management. One of them is to identify the impact of information technology on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), the place of control on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), and the impact of information technology on team member performance and identify its effects.       Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) adalah perusahaan pemerintah daerah. Perumda PDAM Tirtamarta harus mampu memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat. Hal ini tidak mudah untuk dicapai tanpa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang tepat. Salah satunya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dampak teknologi informasi pada perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB), untuk mengidentifikasi dampak tempat kontrol pada perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB), dan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan untuk mengidentifikasi dampaknya. Dengan menggunakan standar alpha cronbach, uji validitas >0,3 dan uji reliabilitas >0,7. Penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi karyawan (OCB). Pengaruh lokasi kontrol positif dan signifikan terhadap employee organization citizenship behavior (OCB). Dampak positif teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan tidak signifikan. Pengaruh lokasi pengendalian positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Permuda PDAM Tirta Malta Kota Yogyakarta.
